As a local market expert, I am here to help home buyers, sellers, and investors with professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services. As a NC native and Topsail Island resident who is passionate about our beautiful community, I am here to help you get to know our area and discover the joy that abounds here at the beach!

I love helping others, and serving my clients is what I do best. I prioritize listening to your needs and your goals so that we can achieve a successful outcome together.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 21 years with U.S. Airways and 16 with Extra Space Storage—in my tenures with those companies, my roles centered in high-level customer service and management of both staff and logistics. Both of these positions required significant attention to detail, and a lot of moving parts which prepared me well for handling anything a real-estate transaction may throw my way. I have always found great fulfillment in facing challenges that require problem-solving skills and combining that with my love for meeting and working with people has made my career in real estate an absolute delight.

When I’m not selling homes or showing clients and friends around our scenic island, you can catch me golfing, playing pickleball, playing a tune on my guitar, helping at our local soup kitchen, spending time with my dogs, or with my family.

We were referred to Judy when we decided to purchase a beach home in N Topsail. We were very worried about the process, being hours away in another state at or primary residence, which made looking at houses difficult, but we ultimately went with a home under construction. Judy worked with us over the course of a year and a half, and oversaw all aspects of the home construction on our behalf, finding ways to keep us up to date on the process from miles away, with videos and calls almost every week because she recognized the important of those updates to us. She never once let us down. Judy truly went above and beyond my expectation of what any realtor is expected to do for a client, and anytime an issue came up, she was there within minutes to rectify it. There was never a time, day or night that she was not there to support us, and was our voice when we could not be present. She always made us feel at ease because she quickly gained our trust with her outgoing professionalism, knowledge and dependability. Building a home is never easy, but Judy made it easier, and we had a lot of laughs along the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home in this area.
